Always wondered
why people sit alone for hoursâŚ
Until it was my turn.
For years my life has been in constant movementâŚ
Learning, healing, building things, showing up for everyone.
And I still am doing all of that.
But somewhere along the way
I started understanding â and even loving â silence.
Nature doesnât rush you.
A lake doesnât ask you questions.
The wind doesnât need explanations.
Less noise.

I thought Iâd never get through it !
The exhaustion, the uncertainty, the acheâwhether in my body or in my mind. It felt endless, like I was trapped in a storm with no way out.
But then, life shifted. Slowly at first, then all at once. Clarity replaced the fog, strength returned, and the things I thought Iâd never move past⌠started fading.
I could breathe again & see again. What once felt like something I could never want to release & let go, now feels like a chapter I no longer need to rereadâbecause even the chapters we once cherished arenât meant to be read forever.
Maybe thatâs how healing worksânot just survival, but transformation. We donât just exist again; we riseâstronger, lighter, and more untouchable than ever before.
And isnât that what being a woman is all about? Not just to endure, but to evolve. To give endlessly, to feel deeply, and yet, to rise every time. We donât just exist again; we become stronger, lighter, and freer than ever before.
