Creating a culture of safety, awareness, and respect in sports.

Today, Lakshyan Academy of Sports conducted a POCSO & POSH Awareness Training Session as part of our continued commitment to creating a safe, secure, and respectful environment within our sporting community.

The session focused on understanding the importance of child protection, prevention of sexual offences, prevention of sexual harassment, appropriate conduct, personal boundaries, reporting mechanisms, and the shared responsibilities of everyone involved in sports.

For us, building successful athletes goes beyond training on the field. It also means creating an environment where every child, athlete, coach, staff member, and individual feels safe, heard, respected, and protected.

Through conversations like these, we aim to strengthen awareness, encourage responsible behaviour, and promote a culture where safety and dignity remain a priority.

Because safe sports create stronger communities.
