I always get asked “what are the right foods to eat for an active lifestyle?”
My never-changing reply is that there’s no right or wrong food, it all depends on your ultimate goals.
If your day/profession demands a lot of energy add in a lot of healthy carbs fats and balance it with right amount of protein.
If you’re building muscle go for a 2500cal diet with 2.2g protein per kg of ur body weight.
Include a lot of healthy fats with Omega-3s. They boost fat loss and increase metabolism.
Carbs is debatable, but it is again based on your requirement. Always remember too much of anything is too bad. So keep it optimal and stick to a healthy and happy lifestyle ❤️
