ರಕ್ತದಾನವು ಒಂದು ಉದಾತ್ತ ಕಾರ್ಯ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಂತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೂ ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರೇರಿತವಾಗಿ ರಕ್ತದಾನ ಶಿಬಿರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರಕ್ತದ ಕೊರತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಗಿಸಲು ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಮ್ಮ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಿಂದ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರ ಬಾಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕಾಗಬಹುದು. ರಕ್ತದಾನ ಮಾಡಿ, ಜೀವಗಳನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ, ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಮೆರೆಯೋಣ. #

On the 28th of January at 6:00AM, we at Yoga Dhama are celebrating Ratha saptami with 108 Mass Sun Salutations. Do participate in large numbers and make the celebration a grand success. We encourage you to take bath and come at least fifteen minutes earlier than said time.
