Happy International Yoga Day.

So here is my 300 hrs RYT journey.. long post alert😂..One month... Away from home.. away from friends and family.. away from my lil dude yes it was difficult . But then I always wanted my Eat Pray & Love moment 😄.New journey with new place new people but then when it came to an end it was difficult to leave them behind and come back. Cheers to all those moments we spent together. I can say with confidence that I made friends for life. Spent time with myself and discovered new things about me. The course itself was so self motivating in many ways. The asana, meditation, philosophy, kriyas, silent day, Satvik meals and so many other things made me realise that yoga is beyond postures.. there is lot more to it. Teachers were so knowledgeable and inspiring. Special mention for and and other teachers. to . Adios... until next time. 🧘‍♀️🙏🕉️

The journey where it all started....Thank you Krishna and once again for not only showing me the way of yoga ... but a way of life. Without you and your guidance it wouldn't have been possible.

Consistency is the key.. Yes indeed.A posture which was almost impossible last year, but always wanted to do. And now.. Here I am🙂🤸‍♀️Happy, proud of myself.. Even if my world is upside down🤣... Still not perfect. But will be there soon
