RnR Fit This page is to promote gymnastics in Bangalore and in India. The page is maintained by RnR Fit (www.rnrfit.com) which is a unit of Get Active India.

RnR Fit is an exclusive gymnastics academy in Bangalore, offering training for competitive and recreational gymnastics. With International qualified coaches, a structured training program and state of the art equipment such as: high beam, uneven bars, parallel bars, vaulting tables and horizontal bars the program is designed to help kids experience a lifetime of fitness. Did you know? Gymnastics, along with athletics and swimming, has been recognized by the International Olympic Committee as one of the three foundation sports from which all others stem. The reason being, gymnastics helps develop strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination... the list goes on and on. Our mission at RnR Fit is to promote gymnastics as a sport and give youngsters an opportunity to push their physical limits, building a rock solid foundation of agility, strength, flexibility, determination and confidence. We provide a state of the art facility with international standard equipment in a 5000 sq ft Gymnastics Academy with qualified gymnasts as trainers.

Our very first appearance at the Tumbling State Selection Trials, and our sole participant, Ramu, has secured 🥈 2nd Place, qualifying for the National Championships! 🇮🇳🔥
A huge shoutout to 👏 Arijit Sir, whose belief in our journey never wavered, and to 🙏 Yadu Sir, our former coach, who helped Arijit Sir master the Code of Points and build a strong competitive foundation.
🌟 Ramu, we are so proud of you! Your dedication has been truly inspiring. From 🌅 early morning fitness sessions before school to 🌙 late evening practices when the floor became available, your commitment never faltered. Every drop of sweat has paid off! 💪🤸‍♂️

What a fantastic performance at the CISCE Karnataka Selection Trials 2026! Despite being unwell just two days prior, you showed immense strength, picked yourself up, and delivered to the very best of your ability. 💪✨

Truly outstanding. Getting kids at the age of 10 & 11 to reach fitness levels like this is truly an achievement. Medals, champions has never been the goal. They certainly help in setting targets to achieve but the journey and hardwork kids put in is fascinating.

IF PARENTS ASKED US THE QUESTION “ WILL GYMNASTICS HELP MY CHILD GROW CONFIDENT AND RESILIENT” THAT CERTAINLY WILL BE BETTER THAN ASKING US “ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THEM TO WIN MEDALS” THIS IS SUCH A FANTASTIC SPORT AND TRULY AM BLESSED WITH DEDICATED COACHES AND PARENTS WHO UNDERSTAND THE JOURNEY.
