You don't NEED to take protein powder!
But I do agree that it's a good supplement!
What you MUST KNOW!
✔️ Before you take whey protein, make the effort to get your protein from whole sources like meat, fish, beans, legumes, eggs, milk, etc.
✔️ Although whey protein contains an incredible range of essential amino acids, which are absorbed quickly, I would highly recommend getting most of your nutrients from whole food.
✔️ Whey is a SUPPLEMENT and should not be relied on. However, it’s a high-quality protein source that can definitely be useful when protein intake is low.
For example, biryani calories are 350-400 kcal
your overall calorie intake is 2000 and you have planned to have biryani then subtract 2000-400 and follow the regular diet plan with 1600 calories. Make your fat loss journey enjoyable and don't starve yourself!
Realistically, it is not as straightforward as it seems. The weighing scale may not show the fat loss due to water retention or any cases as such, but don't fret about it, if your measurements are reducing, then you are in the safe zone.

Scaling down 1 kg of fat in a short span of time, like 10 days, is a tall order. Although that kind of weight could be reduced in the said amount of time, it is definitely not plain sailing. There are many factors that accompany along with losing weight, but, sadly people often surrender before seeing their results. However, if you are hell-bent on losing 1 kg of fat in 10 days, there are some things you can do to increase your chances of success. Firstly, make sure you are eating healthy foods and exercising regularly. Drink plenty of water and avoid sugary drinks. Cut out processed foods and eat smaller meals more often throughout the day. Finally, be patient and don't give up if you don't see the results immediately.
