When Time Cannot Fade Friendship.
Our school was not in Mysore, yet some of us friends came together here from different cities and countries after almost 50 years.
Three days of rediscovering old friendships, sharing stories of life, and laughing like we were back in school again.
Some bonds simply pick up from where they were left, no matter how many years pass.
Three days of exploring Mysore Palace, the zoo, temples, churches, and the bird sanctuary turned into something much more than sightseeing. It felt like we were back in school again — laughing loudly, pulling each other's leg, and reliving memories.
As we watched hundreds of birds sitting together and chirping at the sanctuary, it almost felt like they were doing exactly what we were doing — chatting endlessly and enjoying each other's company.
Some memories are truly timeless.
Have you ever met your school friends after many years and felt as if time had simply paused?

Red Sun, Grey Sea, Life’s Contrasts
I was browsing through my photo albums and came across this beautiful picture I had captured during my visit to Dwarka, a coastal town in the state of Gujarat, India.
A crimson sun melting into a slate-coloured sea — a moment where contrast wasn’t just visual, but emotional. The vibrancy above and the stillness below mirrored the way life oscillates between intensity and calm.
It reminded me of my own journey — the high-pressure work environment I had just navigated, followed by ten peaceful days in the lap of nature, where everything finally felt still again

Grateful to receive this Certificate of Appreciation from India Writing Project for my story “The Taste Of A Hidden Truth.”
The story was also placed in the Top 25% and appreciated for its emotional depth and generational storytelling.
Every story teaches something — this one taught me as much as it expressed. Encouraged to keep writing and refining the craft.

We keep saying “I don’t have time,” yet the clock keeps deciding our days.
Do you feel you control your time—or does time control you?

Leadership growth often happens in quiet reflection rather than visible milestones.
I’ve written about the insights I’m carrying forward into the new year, shaped by writing, mentoring, and board-level work.
What leadership perspectives are you taking into the year ahead?

A new year feels like a fresh road—unmapped, open, and full of quiet promise.
May we walk it with curiosity, courage, and kindness.
Wishing you a meaningful and fulfilling year ahead.

As 2025 comes to a close and we stand at the threshold of a new year, I want to wish you a thoughtful, fulfilling, and successful 2026—one that brings clarity in decisions, courage in transitions, and joy in everyday moments.
I’ve created this page as a space to share what has shaped my journey so far—and what continues to inspire me.
Alongside my four books—which span short stories, drabbles and double drabbles, leadership lessons from decades in the corporate and coaching world, and reflections on how travel teaches us quietly—I’ll also be sharing:
1.Books I’ve read and found meaningful, and would happily recommend
2.Insights and experiences from my work as an Independent Director and Board Advisor
3.Reflections from leadership coaching, mentoring, and real-world governance conversations
4.Travel moments and life lessons that stay long after the journey ends
This page is not just about writing books—it’s about sharing learning, exchanging perspectives, and growing together through stories, leadership experiences, and lived wisdom.
If any of this resonates with you, I’m glad you’re here.
Here’s to a year of learning, reflection, and purposeful growth.
