এই তিনটি প্ররোচনার স্তম্ভ। ইথোস মানে বিশ্বাসযোগ্যতা, আবেগের জন্য প্যাথোস এবং যুক্তির জন্য লোগো। এই উপাদানগুলির ভারসাম্য আপনার যুক্তিকে শক্তিশালী করে।

एथोस, पाथोस और लोगो:
ये अनुनय के तीन स्तंभ हैं। एथोस का मतलब विश्वसनीयता, पाथोस का मतलब भावना और लोगो का मतलब तर्क है। इन तत्वों को संतुलित करने से आपका तर्क मजबूत होता है।

Ethos, Pathos, and Logos:
These are the three pillars of persuasion. Ethos stands for credibility, pathos for emotion, and logos for logic. Balancing these elements strengthens your argument.

চানক্য বিদ্বান হয়েও ভুল করেছিলেন। ন্যায়বিচার চাইতে গিয়েছিলেন অহংকারী ধননন্দের কাছে। ন্যায় তো মেলেই নি, উল্টে রাজকর্মচারীরা চানক্যের শিখা ধরে টেনে মাঝরাস্তায় ছুঁড়ে ফেলে দিয়েছিলো।
চানক্য আর বিচার চান নি। কারন চানক্য সেই মূহুর্তেই বুঝে গিয়েছিলেন অবিচারী, মূর্খ ও ক্ষমতালোভী শাসক বিচার দিতে পারে না। বরং ন্যায়বিচারকে আটকানোর সব প্রচেষ্টা সে করতে থাকে। সেই মূহুর্তে চানক্য স্থির করেন ন্যায়বিচার আসবেই, আর তা আসবে শাসক পরিবর্তনের মাধ্যমে।
পরবর্তীকালে নন্দের সমগ্র সাম্রাজ্যের চুলের মুঠি ধরে একইভাবে রাজপথে ছুঁড়ে ফেলে দেন চানক্য। প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন মৌর্য্যবংশ। রাজা হন রাজা চন্দ্রগুপ্ত সেইদিন থেকে ন্যায়বিচার পুনঃপ্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়।
মূর্খ শাসকের কাছে বিচার চাওয়া নিজের স্বত্তার অপমান। যে শাসক বা তার পারিষদবর্গ “ন্যায়” শব্দটি লিখতে গেলে কলম দু-খানা করে ফেলবে, তারা দেবে ন্যায় ? ন্যায় আসে পরিবর্তনের মাধ্যমে, সুশাসকের সুশাসনের মাধ্যমে, রাজধর্ম পালনের মাধ্যমে।
ন্যায় আসে নিজেদের সঠিক নির্বাচনের মাধ্যমে। সে বিচারে যেন ভুল না হয় ॥
चाणक्य ने विद्वान होने की गलती की। वह न्याय मांगने के लिए अहंकारी धनानंद के पास गया। न्याय मेल नहीं खाता था, इसके विपरीत, शाही अधिकारियों ने चाणक्य की लौ को खींच लिया और उसे सड़क के बीच में फेंक दिया।
चाणक्य कोई और न्याय नहीं चाहते थे। क्योंकि चाणक्य उस समय समझ गए थे कि अन्यायी, मूर्ख और सत्ता का भूखा शासक न्याय नहीं दे सकता। बल्कि, उन्होंने न्याय को रोकने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास किया। उस समय, चाणक्य ने फैसला किया कि न्याय आएगा, और यह शासक के परिवर्तन के माध्यम से आएगा।
बाद में चाणक्य ने नंद के पूरे साम्राज्य के बालों की मुट्ठी पकड़कर उसी तरह हाईवे पर फेंक दी। उन्होंने मौर्य वंश की स्थापना की। उसी दिन से राजा चंद्रगुप्त राजा बन गया।
एक मूर्ख शासक से न्याय मांगना अपनी ही पहचान का अपमान है। शासक या उसके दरबारी जो दो कलम से "न्याय" शब्द लिखते हैं, क्या वे न्याय देंगे? न्याय परिवर्तन से आता है, अच्छे शासकों का सुशासन चलता है, राजधर्म का पालन होता है।
न्याय हमारी अपनी पसंद से आता है। उन्हें फैसले में गलती नहीं करनी चाहिए।
Chanakya made the mistake of being a scholar. He went to the arrogant Dhanananda to seek justice. Justice did not match, on the contrary, the royal officials dragged Chanakya's flame and threw it in the middle of the road.
Chanakya did not want any more justice. At that moment, he understood that an unjust, foolish, and power-hungry ruler could not give justice. Rather, he made every effort to prevent justice. At that moment, Chanakya decided that justice would come, and it would come through a change of ruler.
Later, Chanakya grabbed a fist of the hair of Nanda's entire empire and threw it on the highway in the same way. He founded the Maurya dynasty. King Chandragupta became king from that day justice was restored.
To seek justice from a foolish ruler is an insult to one's own identity. Will the ruler or his courtiers who write the word "justice" with two pens give justice? Justice comes through change, good governance of good rulers, and observance of Raj Dharma.
Justice comes through our own choices. He should not be mistaken in the judgment.
