Let’s train at my farm. 🌿

No gym. No machines. No fancy equipment.
And definitely no excuses.

I’ve always believed that training doesn’t need a perfect environment. Give me a piece of land, some hard work, and a reason to push myself and that’s enough.

Everywhere you train is a Dojo, so respect the space. Keep it clean. Leave it better than you found it.

My 76-year-old dad reminds me of this every day. He doesn’t wait for motivation. He sleeps properly, stays disciplined, and trains every single day.

And then there’s me… doing an L-sit on the wall of a well. 😂
Don’t try this at home.

Because training was never about having the perfect conditions.

It’s about refusing to let your conditions decide what you’re capable of.

A Day at My Farm, Training in Its Rawest Form

No machines. No weights. No excuses.

Just hard work, fresh air, physical labor, and getting things done.

A day at my farm isn’t a break from work whether I’m training myself or helping someone who needs it.

This is training in its rawest form. 🌿💪

It’s been 6 weeks of Kaizen, and I recorded this conversation with Sonal during Week 3, when she had already lost 5 kg.

Today, she has lost 10 kg. 🔥

I honestly didn’t want to post this conversation because Kaizen is going really well, and I didn’t feel the need to prove anything or post just for the sake of posting.

But then I realized something: when I see how much these inspirational stories can help people who are struggling, feeling lost, or have simply lost their path, it becomes important to share them.

People are sitting on their phones every day, consuming all kinds of content. So why not give them something positive, something that might inspire them to take that first step?

So here once again, just another positive story from my Kaizen program, which is currently in its best phase.

If Sonal’s journey connects with you, share this with someone who needs to see it.

And if you’re ready to transform yourself, DM me to block your slot for the next Kaizen. 🔥

My journey in Japan has taught me that some of the greatest lessons are not about becoming more, but about letting go of what no longer serves you.

One of the deepest lessons I have learned is Shoshin (初心) the “beginner’s mind.”

To me, Shoshin means approaching life without being trapped by ego, assumptions, pride, or the belief that you already know everything.

Through my practice of meditation, I have learned to observe my ego rather than identify with it. Meditation has helped me become more conscious of my thoughts, reactions, judgments, and the constant need to control, prove, or be right. The more I observe, the more I understand that I don’t have to become every thought that arises within me.

Shoshin is not about becoming less confident. It is about becoming less attached to the image of yourself.

Even after years of experience, you remain a student. You remain curious. You remain open. You remain humble enough to say, “Maybe there is still something for me to learn.”

That is what my journey in Japan has reminded me of.

Ego says: “I know.”
Shoshin says: “Let me see.”

Ego says: “I need to be right.”
Shoshin says: “I’m willing to understand.”

Ego says: “I have arrived.”
Shoshin says: “I am still learning.”

Perhaps the real transformation is not in building a stronger identity, but in becoming free from the need to constantly defend one.

Japan has taught me to return to the beginning with an empty cup, an open mind, and the willingness to learn again.
