Kaivalyadhama Mumbai began its International Day of Yoga Celebrations for 2022 with the Indian Coast Guard at Worli with over 100 officers and sailors of the Coast Guard.
The session was led by Joint Director Shri Ravi Dixit ji. The practical session was conducted by Ms. Darshana Wadegaonkar and the demonstration was done by Mr. Anvay Dixit, along with assistance from Shri Ravi Shrotrey and Photographer Shri Pravin Dhotre.
