Practicing, Raag Maru Bihag!

साधना केवल अभ्यास नहीं, एक तीर्थयात्रा है।

हर सुबह की शुरुआत महत्वाकांक्षा से नहीं, समर्पण से होती है — सुर के प्रति, साँस के प्रति, और उन विरामों के प्रति जो संगीत को अर्थ देते हैं।

रियाज़ सिखाता है धैर्य, मन को विनम्रता और हृदय को भक्ति।

वही आलाप, वही तान — बार-बार गाते हुए भी नये अर्थ ले आती है, नयी संवेदना, नयी अनुभूति, नयी पहचान।

रियाज़ वह जगह है जहाँ अनुशासन सौंदर्य में बदल जाता है, और संगीत सीखा नहीं जाता — वह जीना शुरू हो जाता है।

राग पूरियाधनाश्री एक शांत एवं भक्तिमय सन्ध्याकालीन राग है, जो पूर्वी थाट से संबंधित है। यह राग कोमल रे, ध और तीव्र म के प्रयोग से निर्मित होता है, जिससे इसमें गहन, मनोहर और रहस्यमय सौन्दर्य झलकता है। इसका भाव शांत आत्मचिंतन और भक्ति रस से ओतप्रोत होता है। सामान्यतः यह राग सूर्यास्त के समय गाया जाता है और मन में शांति एवं भक्ति की भावना उत्पन्न करता है।

Raag Pooriyadhanashri is a serene and devotional evening raga from the Purvi thaat. It evokes a mood of gentle introspection and calm devotion. Characterized by the use of both tivra Ma and komal Re, Dha, it has a rich, haunting beauty. Typically performed around sunset, it conveys bhakti rasa (devotional emotion) and quiet contemplation.
