A small update… 😊🫶
Hitting the gym, moving around carefully, doing all my rehab exercises, and then adding a little upper-body workout. 💪
Missing my yoga practice so much. 🥹 Since yoga demands a lot more joint stability, I can’t practice much right now. But I’m doing all the stretching that I can, within my limits.
And most importantly, practising Pranayama every single day. 🧘♀️

Slowly getting back to normal life… 🌿
Started walking again, surrounded by the calmness of green nature. 🍃
Every little step feels special now. Grateful for this feeling of freedom, peace and progress. 🤍
Pause. Breathe. Relax. ✨

My mother, my elder sister, my husband, and my dear friend — the four rock-solid pillars of my recovery journey. ❤️
No surgery or recovery journey is ever easy, but they made everything so much smoother for me. It was never just my battle. They took all my hurdles onto their shoulders and did everything they could to make this journey easier for me.
I have no words to express how grateful I am for their love, care, patience, and constant support. They stood by me through every difficult moment and made me feel that I was never alone.
Forever grateful to have these four beautiful souls by my side. ❤️🙏

🌼 Happy Ratha Yatra! 🌼
As Lord Jagannath's chariot moves forward, may your life also move towards Peace, Purpose, and Inner Strength.
Ratha Yatra reminds us that the greatest journey is not just on the roads of Puri, but within Ourselves.
This festive season, gift yourself the power of Yoga — a practice that nurtures the body, calms the mind, and awakens the soul.
✨ Breathe with awareness.
✨ Move with purpose.
✨ Live with balance.
Wishing you and your family a blessed and joyful Ratha Yatra.
