Over the years of studying nutrition, metabolism, strength training, and behavioural psychology, one thing has become very clear to me.

Most people don’t fail at fat loss because they lack discipline.
They fail because the strategy itself is flawed.

The fitness industry often reduces fat loss to simple advice like eat less and move more.

But long-term results depend on a much deeper interaction between metabolism, muscle preservation, nutrition structure, and behavioural habits.
