We are starting with a new space called OM & NOW.
Some of you may remember Oorjayii— a space that held the early chapters of this journey.
Life evolved, and growth happened quietly in the background.
Today, we continue on the same page ,
with more depth, and lived experience.
This comes from years of learning, unlearning, healing, teaching, and living these practices, not just on the mat, but in everyday life.
OM & NOW is born from the understanding that wellbeing is not something we visit once in a while.
It’s something we build through how we move, breathe, think, choose, and live.
This space is for those who want practices that support real life.
Here, we practice for everyday health.
We study deeply and train with integrity.
We rest, reset, and rejuvenate through retreats.
And we grow together, as a community that supports awareness and conscious living.
New classes, courses, trainings, and retreats are on their way —
and we’ll be sharing more with you very soon.
