Ayurvedic Green Chutney for Kapha–Vata Balance

✔ Strongly Agni–Deepana (boosts digestive fire)
✔ Kapha–Vata pacifying
✔ Slightly Pitta–increasing if taken in excess

Best for:
• Sluggish digestion
• Gas, bloating
• Cold, cough, sinus
• Kapha dominance
• Winter & monsoon season

When used mindfully, it can heal the gut, clear Kapha, and energize the system.
Take 1–2 teaspoons, not large quantities

OM & NOW is born from the understanding that wellbeing is not something we visit once in a while.
It’s something we build through how we move, breathe, think, choose, and live.

This space is for those who want practices that support real life.

Here, we practice for everyday health.
We study deeply and train with integrity.
We rest, reset, and rejuvenate through retreats.
And we grow together, as a community that supports awareness and conscious living.

and we’ll be sharing more with you very soon.
