🌞 Morning Kriya Practice at Earth Yoga Village 🕉️✨
A new day… a fresh start for body, mind & spirit.
Every morning here, we honor ourselves with simple yogic cleansing rituals that awaken Prana and connect us back to nature. 🌿
✨ Step 1 — Oil Pulling
We begin by swishing coconut 🥥, sesame, or even mustard oil (if you’re feeling brave 😅) in the mouth.
Always cold-pressed & virgin quality – because what we absorb matters.
This nourishes the gums, draws out toxins, boosts oral health & supports digestion from the very first moment of the day.
✨ Step 2 — Tongue Scraping
Next we remove what the body naturally pushes out overnight using a copper tongue scraper.
This clears bacteria & Ama (toxins), enhances taste and supports overall gut health.
A clean tongue = a cleaner pathway for prana to flow. 🌬️💛
✨ Step 3 — Ayurvedic Tooth Brushing
Our homemade toothpaste is pure love:
• Baking soda ⚪️
• Himalayan pink salt 🩷
• Fresh lime juice 🍋
• Clove oil + powdered spices — turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon (choose your blend!)
• Fresh mint 🌱
Natural defense, detox & fresh breath — no chemicals needed.
✨ Step 4 — Jala Neti (Nasal Cleansing)
With a warm saline solution in a neti pot, we gently flush the nasal passages.
This ancient kriya:
• Clears mucus & allergens
• Sharpens breathing + lung capacity
• Supports sinus health
• Enhances mental clarity & meditation
• Helps Prana move freely through Ida + Pingala → balancing the nervous system 🌗
Every sunrise offers us a chance to cleanse, reset & return home to ourselves.
Join us on the mat — & in the magic of mindful morning rituals 🌅✨

200 hours of practice, presence, and shared life 🤍
From early-morning pranayama and asana to deep study, nourishing meals, seaside pauses, and a closing ceremony, we’ll carry with us long after the mats were rolled away.
This training was more than learning how to teach — it was about living yoga, together.
So grateful for this beautiful group, the dedication, the laughter, the growth, and the moments in between.
Swipe through a few glimpses of our days ✨
From students to teachers — the journey continues.

Magic on the mat ✨️
In the eight-limbed path of yoga, asana is perhaps the most widely recognized limb—but its true purpose goes far beyond physical exercise. Asana is the practice of cultivating steadiness and ease in the body so that we can sit comfortably, breathe freely, and turn inward for meditation. Through mindful movement, we prepare the body to become a supportive, rather than distracting, vessel for deeper practices.
At our school, we honor this intention by offering a balanced approach to asana throughout the day. In the mornings, our Vinyasa and Hatha classes are designed to awaken the body and focus the mind. These practices build strength, stability, and mobility while encouraging conscious breathing and present-moment awareness. The rhythm of movement and breath helps clear mental fog and establishes a grounded, focused state that can carry into meditation and daily life.
As the day softens, so does our asana practice. In the afternoons, we shift into Slow Flow, Yin, and Restorative classes. These styles invite us to slow down, release deeply held tension, and listen more closely to the body’s subtle signals. By holding postures longer and minimizing effort, we support the nervous system, create space in the connective tissues, and cultivate the inner stillness that meditation requires.

At Earth Yoga Village, practice doesn’t end when the class does. We move, breathe… and then we listen.
After our morning pranayama and asana class, we enter sacred silence together — precious time to journal, to let the inner journey unfold, to reflect without rushing to words.
Even breakfast is enjoyed in silence, practicing mindful eating, presence, and gratitude for each breath, each bite, each moment.
This is a space to slow down,
to integrate,
to truly hear yourself.

Let the food be thy medicine 🌱
In the heart of every home lies a sacred space — the kitchen.: In the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the kitchen is not just for cooking; it is the first pharmacy, where healing begins through mindful nourishment. Long before modern medicine, sages and healers understood that food could balance the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. 🍵✨
The kitchen is the original pharmacy — a sacred space where wellness and wisdom meet. 🌿 Whether you’re attending a Advance Yoga Teacher Training in India, or Yin and Nidra Training or any othe program or simply exploring Ayurveda at home, remember: your kitchen holds the key to health and harmony.
Here at the village with every meal we take a step forward on our healing journey 🌈
