Add your favourite vegetables in a pan with 1 bowl of water simmer the flame and let it cook for 10-15 minutes when cooked pour it in a bowl and enjoy with lemon ,salt and pepper .
IMPORTANT TIPS
🚫Avoid corn starch while making soup , to make it more thicker you can add boiled and slightly crushed sweet corns .
🚫Avoid mayyonise or other sauces over boiled vegetables or soup .

Eggs are super healthy and protein rich food . We can include in our breakfast by customizing in many ways .
1.Boiled eggs - Easiest and the most healthiest way of consuming eggs.
Just add some water in a pan , a pinch of salt and add eggs as per your need .Boil them for atleast 20 minutes to make them hard boiled.
And Enjoy with salt and pepper.
2.Egg Omelet-For those who don't like boiled eggs can make a delicious omlete with it .
Just crack some eggs in a bowl , add your favourite vegetables , salt , pepper and beat it properly.
Spread the whole batter on the pan which is already greased with few drops of oil .
Cook both the sides and enjoy.
3.Egg Bhurji- Another easy option for egg lovers is egg bhurji .
Beat few eggs , add your favourite vegetables, salt , pepper and spread it on a greased pan and just stir it occasionally , when cooked enjoy.(can add lemon)
4.Scrambled Eggs are nothing but a bhurji without vegetables.
