हम हमारे मन में कई प्रकार के भाव आते हैं और चले जाते हैं! वह हमेशा के लिए नहीं रहते हें ! इसलिए अगर तनाव है क्रोध है, किसी प्रकार का डर - यह एक तुफान की तरह है, जो आता है और चला जाता है। केवल वर्तमान ही रहता है ! अपने को वर्तमान में सहज रखे ! इसी में हमें चलना है बढना है !
