Pakistan-Australia 4th ODI(D/N) at Dubai International Stadium, Dubai(United Arab Emirates) report:

Australia have sealed the series 3-0 with 2 to play. Australia winning the 1st ODI by a massive 8 wickets. Australia won the 2nd ODI by another massive 8 wickets. Australia won the 3rd ODI by 80 runs. Pakistan got to win this for pride. Pakistan won the toss & elected to field. For Pakistan, Imam-ul-Haq due to fever & Captain Shoaib Malik go out. In comes debutants Abid Ali & Saad Ali. Imad Wasim to captain. For Australia, out goes Pat Cummins & Jason Behrendorff. In comes Nathan Coulter-Nile & Kane Richardson.

Usman Khan Shinwari to start. Openers are captain Aaron Finch & Usman Khawaja. Finch was playing nicely until he was lbw to Mohammad Hasnain for 39. Shaun Marsh followed stumped foxed by Imad. Peter Handscomb went early to an inside edge to slip Haris Sohail off Imad again. Marcus Stoinis was clean bowled through the gate by Yasir Shah’s wrong-un. 50 was up for Khawaja. Glenn Maxwell put down early in his innings by wicket keeper Mohammad Rizwan off Yasir. Khawaja plumb out lbw to Yasir for 62. Yasir on fire. Maxwell bringing his 50. Australia brought up their 200. Maxwell clean bowled off Shinwari when on 76. It turned out to be a front foot no-ball & was given a free hit. It could be very dangerous for Pakistan. 50 up for wicket keeper Alex Carey. Maxwell run out for 98. Very unlucky to miss out on a 100. Carey out very softly off a full toss to mid off. Australia 277/7 in their allotted 50 overs. A more than fighting total.

Coulter-Nile to begin. Openers are Shan Masood & Abid. Masood bowled of an inside edge onto the stumps Coulter-Nile for a duck. The start Australia wanted. Haris Sohail caught cover off Nathan Lyon for 25. Abid Ali brought up his maiden 50. Then, Abid brought up his maiden ODI 100. A moment to cherish. Abid finally went to Zampa for 112. Umar Akmal went to Coulter-Nile bowled off an inside edge. A poor display by Akmal. Saad out for 7 on debut. Rizwan bringing up his 2nd ODI 100. His 2nd of the series. Imad went. Stoinis picks up Rizwan for 104. Shinwari also went. Pakistan finished at 271/8 in their 50 overs. Thus, Australia won by 6 runs. Australia now lead the series 4-0.

South Africa-Sri Lanka 3rd T20I(D/N) at Bidvest Wanderers-Johannnesburg(South Africa) report:

South Africa has already won the series 2-0. Sri Lanka playing for pride. Sri Lanka won the toss & elected to field 1st. For South Africa out goes Van Der Hussen & Dale Steyn. In comes Andile Phehlukwayo & Junior Dala. For Sri Lanka, Kusal Mendis goes out. Suranga Lakmal comes in.

Captain Lasith Malinga to start. Openers are Reeza Hendricks & Aiden Markram. Markram went for 15. Trying a shot too many. Dwaine Pretorius at number 3. Hendricks was playing very well. Hendricks brings up his 50 off just 42 balls. 2nd T20I 50 in a row. South Africa bring up their 100. Vandersey picked up the wicket of Hendricks for 66. Maiden T20I 50 for Pretorius. Both Pretorius & JP Duminy were going great guns. South Africa end at 198/2 in their 20 overs. A very competitive total by South Africa.

Chris Morris to start. Openers are wicket keeper Niroshan Dickwella & Dhananjaya de Silva. Pretorius picking up the 1st wicket of de Silva for 8. Wicket keeper Sinethemba Qeshile picks up a great catch to get rid of his counterpart Dickwella. Avishka Fernando plumbed out lbw to Phehlukwayo. Kamindu Mendis disappoints. Angelo Perera out for 15 to a very good catch by long on David Miller. Struggling at 79/5 in 8.4 overs. Reeza run outs Thisara Perera. Sri Lanka bring up their 100. Isuru Udana was the last hope for Sri Lanka went for 36 off just 23 balls. You could see the disappointment on his face. Maliga comes and goes. Akila also goes. Sri Lanka 137 all out in 15.4 overs. A disappointing display by Sri Lanka. South Africa whitewashing Sri Lanka 3-0.

Afghanistan-Ireland Only Test Day 4 at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Dehradun(India) report:

Afghanistan are on the verge of winning their first ever Test. Afghanistan further needs 118 runs to win with 9 wickets in hand. Rahmat Shah was given a life by silly mid off off George Dockrell. That should have been caught. Rahmat could have been out on 25 when he could have been caught & bowled Dockrell & the ball went for a 4. Less than 100 needed to win. Rahmat brought up his 50. Afghanistan brought up their 100. Now, less than 50 required. Ihsan Janat also brought up his half century. His 1st Test 50. Afghanistan now need less than 10. Rahmat was stumped convincingly by wicket keeper Stuart Poynter off Cameron-Dow for 76. Rahmat should have finished the job. A not out in the end would have been good. Mohammad Nabi was run out Tim Murtagh for 1. Another waste of a wicket. Afghanistan winning by 7 wickets. Thus, their first Test victory. Ihsan remained not out on 65 while Hashmatullah Shahidi on 4.

South Africa-Sri Lanka 4th ODI(D/N) at St. George’s Park, Port Elizabeth(South Africa) report:

South Africa won the 1st ODI by a massive 8 wickets with more than 11 overs to spare. South Africa won the 2nd ODI by another massive 113 runs. South Africa won the 3rd ODI by 71 runs(D/L). South Africa already won the 5 match series 3-0. South Africa won the toss & elected to field. For South Africa, Duanne Van der Hussen, Dwaine Pretorius, Kagiso Rabada & Imran Tahir go out. In comes Aiden Markram, JP Duminy, Dale Steyn & Anrich Nortje. For Sri Lanka, out goes wicket keeper Niroshan Dickwella, Kusal Perera & Akila Dananjaya. In comes Upul Tharanga, Priyamal Perera(debut) & Dhananjaya de Silva. Kusal Mendis to wicket keep.

Upul Tharanga was out early in the innings. He was out to a shot an experienced player shouldn’t have played. The talented Oshada Fernando was out for a duck. Opener Avishka Fernando was out straight to silly mid on off Nortje. Priyamal Perera went 1st ball down leg side. Kamindu Mendis went for 9. Sri Lanka struggling at 69/5 in 17 overs. Kusal Mendis played a poor shot out for 21. Thisara Perera simply caught & bowled Tabraiz Shamsi for 12. Thisara Perera should do more for the side. Sri Lanka finally bring up their 100 in 25.3 overs. Dhananjaya de Silva careless shot to a half tracker from JP Duminy caught deep fine leg. Captain Lasith Malinga run out from silly mid on forgot to put the bat down. This is the height of carelessness. Sri Lanka brought up their 150. Isuru Udana hit 3 consecutive 6’s of Nortje. Udana bringing up his 50 in the process. His maiden ODI 50. Kasun Rajitha survived a lbw appeal given out off Shamsi. Udana playing an innings of a lifetime. Also a 50 runs partnership for the 10th wicket. Sri Lanka all out for 189 off 39.2 overs. This total has been possible thanks to Udana’s 78 off just 57 balls. At least a fighting total.

In super form wicket keeper Quinton de K**k to open the innings. De Silva to start proceedings. Reeza Hendricks to open the innings with him. Both openers start their innings with a boundary. De K**k was given a life when on 4 caught & bowled de Silva. Hendricks wasted his opportunity got the bottom of the bat caught slip off de Silva. Aiden Markram looking good. South Africa bring up 50. 50 runs stand between the 2. Markram getting a high edge caught off Rajitha for 29. De K**k continuing his job as he does. Captain Faf du Plessis looking good as he has done throughout the series. South Africa bring up their 100. Another 50 for de K**k. De K**k out softly caught mid wicket off de Silva for 51. David Miller played one unbelievable shot off de Silva for 6 over long off. Du Plessis threw it away caught silly mid on off de Silva again for 43 off just 38 balls. South Africa brought up their 150. South Africa 190/4 in just 32.5 overs. Winning by 6 wickets. Duminy unbeaten on 31 off just 21 balls while Miller unbeaten on 25. Leading the series 4-0.

England won the 1st T20I by 4 wickets. England also won the 2nd T20I by a massive 137 runs. Windies won the toss & elected to bat. For Windies, Chris Gayle goes out. In comes John Campbell. For England out goes Liam Plunkett. In comes Mark Wood.

Wicket keeper Shai Hope to face David Willey. Other opener is Campbell. Hope was out caught 1st ball chipped it straight to cover Alex Hales off Willey for a golden duck. What a start for England. Shimron Hetmyer chipped it straight to mid off Chris Jordan off Willey for 8 off just 7 balls. Campbell was out to a high shot caught cover Joe Denly off Willey for 11. Darren Bravo edged one to wicket keeper Jonny Bairstow off Willey for 4. Willey on fire. Now, Willey has 4 wickets. Captain Jason Holder was out to a high catch by long on Jordan off Denly for 11. Windies struggling at 45/5 in 8.5 overs. Nicholas Pooran was out very nicely caught deep mid wicket Jordan off Wood for 11. Windies brought up their 50 in 10.2 overs. Fabian Allen was clean bowled by a wrong-un from Adil Rashid for 7 off just 4 balls. Carlos Brathwaite was very nicely caught one handed keeper Bairstow off Wood for a duck. Sheldon Cottrell was clean bowled Wood for 4 off just 3 balls. Obed McCoy was clean bowled by a wrong-un from Bishoo for 10 off just 6 balls. Windies all out for 71 in just 13 overs. Hopeless display with the bat from Windies again.

Hales to face Cottrell. Other opener is keeper Bairstow. Hales was superbly caught deep square leg Campbell off Holder for 20 off just 13 balls. A dangerous hitter goes. England brought up their 50 in 7.1 overs. Bairstow was clean bowled Devendra Bishoo for 37 off just 31 balls. More than half the job done for England. England finish at 72/2 in just 10.3 overs. Captain Eoin Morgan on 10 off just 8 balls & Joe Root on 4 unbeaten. England sweep the series 3-0.

Alex Hales to face Sheldon Cottrell. Other opener is wicket keeper Jonny Bairstow. Bairstow cut one down very nicely taken by short 3rd man off Cottrell for 12 off just 8 balls. Hales mistimed sweep shot high catch taken by deep square leg Carlos Brathwaite off Fabian Allen for 8 off just 7 balls. Captain Eoin Morgan got a knick down the leg side to wicket keeper Shai Hope off Brathwaite for 1. Joe Denly was bowled off an inside edge off Allen for 2. Joe Root was on 21 when he was put down long on off Allen. England brought up their 100 in 14.2 overs. Root brought up his 50 off just 36 balls via a shot through deep point off McCoy. A well played knock. Root was run out via combination of Allen & keeper Hope for 55 off just 40 balls. Sam Billings brought up his 50 off just 35 balls via a 6 over deep long on off Cottrell from round the wicket. A wonderful knock. England brought up 150 in 18.4 overs. Billings was on 77 when he was put down by long off & the ball went for a 6 off McCoy from round the wicket. Thus, Billings brought up his 3,000 runs in T20 cricket. Billings went for a big heave caught keeper Hope off McCoy for 87 off just 47 balls. Thus, McCoy gets his revenge. England finish at 182/6 in their allotted 20 overs. A very good total set up by England.

Hope mistimed a shot very nicely caught by deep square leg Morgan who collided with Tom Curran off Willey for 7. Darren Bravo got an outside edge to keeper Bairstow off Chris Jordan for a duck. Holder was plumb lbw out to Jordan for a golden duck. Jordan was on a hattrick but he missed. Nicholas Pooran also got an outside edge keeper Hope off Jordan for 1. Windies struggling at 20/5 in just 5.1 overs. Allen edged one to slip Root off Jordan for 1. Jordan has 4 now. Brathwaite went to an ugly shot off Rashid caught deep mid wicket Willey for 10 off just 4 balls. Shimron Hetmyer was out to a juggling catch by deep square leg Willey off Liam Plunkett for 10. Cottrell was clean bowled Adil Rashid for 2. Bishoo was out to a very nice high catch taken by square leg Billings off Plunkett for 8. Thus, Windies all out for 45 in just 11.5 overs. England won by a massive 137 runs. Only Brathwaite & Hetmyer in double figures. Blown away by England. Windies lowest ever T20I total. 2nd lowest total in all T20I’s. 2nd shortest completed innings in a T20I.

Wicket keeper Quinton de K**k to face captain Lasith Malinga. Other opener is Reeza Hendricks. Both openers are coming from good form. Both were playing lovely. De K**k brought up his 50 off just 36 balls via a flick to deep square leg off Rajitha for 4. Very well played de K**k. Hendricks mistimed a pull shot caught deep fine leg Akila Dananjaya off Malinga for 29. The century maker from the 1st game captain Faf du Plessis comes in. South Africa brought up their 100. De K**k misjudged a slower ball high catch taken by wicket keeper Niroshan Dickwella off Thisara Perera for 94 off just 70 balls. Unlucky to miss out on a 100. Rassie Van der Dussen also mistimed a pull shot very nicely caught deep square leg Rajitha off Thisara Perera for 2. Wiaan Mulder was clean bowled down the leg side off a slower one from Vishwa Fernando for 17 off just 11 balls. South Africa brought up their 200. du Plessis brought up his 50 via a single to point off Thisara Perera. Du Plessis was clean bowled Thisara Perera to a ball that stayed low for 57. This is an important wicket.

Kagiso Rabada was out to an outside edge caught keeper Dickwella off Rajitha for 3. Anrich Nortje was given out lbw to a slower full ball off Malinga for 8. Imran Tahir survived being run out by mid off on his 1st ball. Lungi Ngidi was stumped keeper Dickwella off Dananjaya for 6. South Africa all out for 251 in just 45.1 overs. A good performance by Sri Lanka.

Sheldon Cottrell to Jonny Bairstow. Other opener is Hales. Bairstow brought up his 50 off just 31 balls via a 6 over deep mid wicket off Devendra Bishoo. Bairstow was playing superbly. England brought up their 100. Thus, 100 runs stand between Bairstow & Hales comes up. Bairstow dragged one back onto his stumps off Oshane Thomas for 56 off just 43 balls. A dangerous batter goes. 100 runs stand ends. Hales brought up his 50 off just 47 balls via a single to deep square leg off Thomas. Joe Root was on 5 when he slashed at a wide one from Thomas caught behind wicket keeper Shai Hope but was given not out. Windies went for a review & he was given out. Hales was out for 82 off just 73 balls very nicely taken by long on Shimron Hetmyer off Ashley Nurse. England brought up their 200. This is a series of 2 T20I’s. Australia won the toss & elected to field. For India, Mayank Markande to debut. For Australia, wicket keeper Peter Handscomb to debut. Indians supported black arm bands for the Pulwama attack martyers.

Jason Behrendorff to Rohit Sharma. Other opener is KL Rahul. Rohit trying to paddle one got a high edge caught short fine leg Adam Zampa off Behrendorff for 5. This is a huge wicket. Both Rahul & captain Virat Kohli were playing well. Virat was out straight caught long on Nathan Coulter-Nile off Zampa for 24 off just 17 balls. This is a massive breakthrough. Rishabh Pant was run out via a combination of Behrendorff & keeper Handscomb for 3. KL Rahul brought up his 50 off just 35 balls via a single to deep mid wicket off D’Arcy Short. A very well played innings. Rahul was out caught mid off captain Aaron Finch off Coulter-Nile for 50 off just 36 balls. Dinesh Karthik was clean bowled Coulter-Nile for 1 coming down the track. India brought up their 100. Krunal Pandya trying to swipe across high catch taken point Glenn Maxwell off Coulter-Nile for 1. Another dangerous striker departs. Umesh Yadav was plumb lbw out to Pat Cummins for 2. India finish at 126/7 in their allotted 20 overs. Australia have bowled pretty well tonight.

Finch was out lbw to Bumrah for a golden duck. Finch went for a review but he was given out. His form against India has been really bad. Short & Maxwell were playing really well. Australia brought up their 50 in 8 overs. Maxwell brought up his 50 in just 40 balls via a single to long on off Yadav. A very good knock played by him. Maxwell was out to a miscue high catch taken long off Rahul off Chahal for 56 off just 43 balls. Australia brought up their 100. Short was run out via a combination of Krunal & keeper Dhoni for 37 off a run-a-ball. A dangerous batsman goes. Ashton Turner was clean bowled trying to paddle sweep a ball for a duck. Handscomb tried to hit a high shot caught keeper Dhoni off Bumrah for 13. Coulter-Nile was clean bowled Bumrah for 4. Just 2 runs & 2 wickets off the 19th over by Bumrah. Australia finished at 127/7 in their 20 overs. Thus, Australia won by 3 wickets. Thus, Australia lead the series 1-0. Now, they can’t lose the series.

New Zealand won the 1st ODI by a massive 8 wickets with 5 overs to spare. New Zealand won the 2nd ODI by a massive 8 wickets again with nearly 14 overs to spare. New Zealand have already won the series. Bangladesh playing for pride. Bangladesh won the toss & elected to field 1st. For New Zealand, captain Kane Williamson, Matt Henry & Todd Astle go out. In comes Colin Munro, Mitchell Santner & Tim Southee. Wicket keeper Tom Latham to captain New Zealand.

Mashrafe Mortaza to Martin Guptill. Other opener is Munro. Munro was plumb lbw to Mortaza for 8 off just 7 balls. Guptill was brilliantly caught long on Tamim Iqbal off Mohammad Saifuddin for 29. A big breakthrough for Bangladesh. New Zealand brought up their 100. Henry Nicholls brought up his 50 via a single to deep cover off Mehidy Hasan Miraz. A well played knock. Nicholls was out caught deep square leg Tamim off Miraz for 64. Ross Taylor brought up his 50 via a single to long on off Miraz. Another good knock. New Zealand brought up their 200. Taylor was out caught deep square leg Mohammad Mahmudullah off Rubel Hossain for 62. Another masterclass knock. New Zealand finish at 229/2 in 36.1 overs. Williamson remained not out on 65. Taylor remained not out on 21 off just 20 balls. New Zealand won by 8 wickets with nearly 14 overs to spare. New Zealand clinch the series 2-0 with 1 to play.
