Final match held between Technocrats and ASRS Redbacks was interrupted due to rain. The game was played only for 9 overs where Technocrats won the toss and elected to bat first. Before the interruption, Techno was 65/2 lost Rajat Mor and Maninder Singh. Lakesh and Gurinder took a wicket each for Redbacks. The match has been rescheduled to the other date.

Puneet Singh’s spearheaded Steelbird’s chase while Rohit gave him valuable support, as the hosts sealed the T20 league matches of Champions Trophy against Redbacks. Redbacks won the match by 2 runs and qualified first position in the semifinals.

However, Redbacks were made to work hard as they defended the target only in the final over. After winning the toss, Redbacks decided to bat first and set a target of 224 runs for the Steelbird. Sandeep played an outstanding knock of 157 not out in 77 balls, he declared man of the match as well.

Redbacks, Technocrat, Dikshant and Steelbird has qualified for the semifinals. The winning prize for this tournament is 50,000 which is organised by Ashish Kargwal.
