I want to get in shape. I want to be healthy, slim/fat and be more confident about my looks.
However I cannot get in shape because
- It's summers
- It's winters
- I love food and food loves me back
- Brownies, desserts - Yummmm
- Gym is so much work
- I don't like running
- My blanket is in love with me...........
