If you want to loose extra pounds or want to get in good shape don't starve all the time..infact it's the worst thing that you can do to your body if you stay in the course of starvation for a longer period..

I know caloric deficit matters, but most of us don't look at deeper picture, here I'm talking about your hormonal health..your hormones are primarily responsible for your physique and how you overall feel about yourself and being in a starvation or huge caloric deficit can seriously damage your hormonal health if you pursue it without a systemic plan.. holistic approach is very important here to feed your body with required nutrients especially micro nutrients(minerals and vitamins)
