We are thrilled to announce that the convocation ceremony of the second batch of the teacher training program at the Big City Dance Centre was a grand success!

With a packed audience and several well wishers gracing the occassion, we distributed the certificates to the teachers in training. Our board, the South Society Teachers of Dancing is recognised nationally by the Tamil Nadu Government and our new teachers are all set to begin their journeys ✨

SSTD (South Society Teachers of Dancing) is a state authorised Dance Certification Board started by Hari Krishnan - Partner at Danzza Institute Of Modern Dance and the President of Big City Dance Centre, a newly launched venture in Chennai.
The Hip-Hop Syllabus under this board has a number of grades for varying age groups. Each grade trains for a minimum duration of 6 months after which, there will be an examination conducted before they move to the next level. 8 Schools in Chennai have already started teaching our syllabus and the first set of student have completed their examinations.
