🚨 Unlawful Business Sealing, Eviction & Extreme Criminal Atrocities – Fighting for Justice & Survival! ⚖️
Dear All,
I am in a desperate battle against corrupt landlords, officials misusing their power, and a broken legal system. I have pledged my lifetime earnings, assets, and borrowed money—investing ₹1.25 crore into building SLIM & TONE Lifestyle and Fitness Studio at Ambattur, Chennai-600053—a dream I nurtured with passion and dedication.
As a first-generation entrepreneur, my journey began from the depths of poverty at just 10 years old. After 25 years of relentless struggle, I turned my hardships into success—only to have it all illegally taken away. My business has been unlawfully sealed, pushing me into financial ruin, almost destroyed my life, Now, they are trying to erase my existence entirely.
The Issue:
1. Unjust Eviction & Harassment: My landlords, in collusion with my former business partners, conspired to take over my business, failing to honor financial commitments before betraying me.
2. Illegal Business Sealing: Despite an ongoing legal case (OS No. 187/2022, District Munsif Court, Ambattur), my gym was forcefully shut down without due process.
3. Police & Revenue Department Corruption: Officials from Chennai Corporation - Zone 07 Revenue Department and Ambattur T6 Police Inspector enabled this injustice, ignoring my complaints (CSR No. 737/2022), refusing to file an FIR, and instead protecting the criminals.
4. Conspiracy Led by DSP-CBCID A. Selvakumar: This officer misused his authority, threatened me, and facilitated the illegal eviction.
5. Targeting a Hardworking Entrepreneur: After decades of struggle, the powerful are destroying my business, my family’s future, and my livelihood.
6.This Is NOT Just a Rental Dispute: Over 500+ gym members relied on this facility for their health. This is a fight against corruption, power abuse, and systemic injustice.
7.Unfair Judgment Delivered: In a Original Suits (OS No. 287/2023, 288/2023, and 291/2023, III. Additional District and Sessions Court, Poonamallee) filed by the landlords in another district court with false allegations, the ruling favored their unlawful actions, enabling my forced eviction..
Our Demands:

🔹 Strict legal action against the landlords and officials responsible for my financial and personal losses.

"You can never win. You don’t have political influence, you don’t have crores to bribe, and the system favors the rich."
Even society is being conditioned to believe justice is only for the powerful—that people like me should stay silent and accept destruction.
