Modifications and Adaptations:
• Placing a blanket under the shoulders
• After lifting hips, slide a block or bolster under the base of the spine to let your weight rest in a Supported Bridge.

Tried paddle boarding for the first time and it turns out balancing on water is not the same as balancing on a yoga mat 🤣🤸🏻♀️
