I believe in improvement with every ride. Recently, I completed another Half century ride with an average of around 32 kmph - stats on photo. I still remember when I was 6 years old and I completed my first half century ride - I would have averaged around 16 - 20 kmph. Now with constant training and practice, I have improved my average speed and stamina. Another recent upgrade has been use of cleats on road cycling - though I was quite comfortable with cleats in velodrome but shifting to cleats on roads was a totally new experience. I need to be extra cautious and aware of the surrounding traffic.
