Hii this is jayalakshmi, i've been training with harish for almost a years now, and believe he is one of the most committed trainers around. i started training last year on a personal one-on-one session really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions !

harish is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). my fitness has increased noticeably and i’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. i actually look forward to my workouts not sure if harish will agree but it is the truth .

The squat is sometimes known as “the king of legs moves” as it helps strengthen your tendons, bones, and ligaments around the leg muscles.

The right way to do a squat:-

1. Start standing with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart, feet turned out about 5-15 degrees.

2. Hinge your hips back toward a wall (real or imaginary) behind you, and bend your knees to lower into a squat.

3. Keep the weight in your heels and your chest upright. Keep your knees in line with your feet (don't let them buckle in).

4. Go as low as you can, then push through your heels to return to standing.
