Virtual live yoga sessions to start your regular practice. It's an absolute beginners class. The asanas are taught step by step with some modifications to easily get into the pose. The classes will be focusing on the weight management, finding calmness inside - out during the pandamic and benefitting from the overall goodness of yoga. It's a combination of Hatha yoga, Shivananda yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa flow and Pranayama. Limited entries help me monitor progress of each student. Join in.. Promise you a great session.
