People think, the more they sweat, the more weight they'll lose. It's completely wrong. Sweat is just the way your body cools the skin, Intense sweat either happens due to an overheated gym or due to the beating heat of the sun. It's actually a warning that you're overdoing it.

Absolutely not. More workout doesn't mean you'll transform rapidly. Patience and diet is much important as much as working out is. Without a proper diet, tranformation is not possible.
