Ragi may look simple, but it’s one of the most nutrient-dense grains you can add to your diet.

As Sadhguru often emphasizes, ragi helps build stronger bones, provides sustained energy, and supports overall balance in the body. It’s easy to digest yet incredibly nourishing—perfect for today’s lifestyle.

These soft ragi idlis are a perfect blend of protein, fiber, and natural goodness—ideal for a wholesome breakfast.

**Ingredients:**
• 1 cup ragi
• ½ cup ukda (parboiled) rice
• ½ cup yellow moong dal
• 1 tsp methi (fenugreek) seeds
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ packet ENO

**Method:**

1. Soak ragi, rice, moong dal, and methi seeds overnight.
2. Rinse well and grind into a smooth batter the next day.
3. Let it ferment in a warm place for 4–5 hours.
4. Add salt and mix gently once fermented.
5. Add ENO just before steaming if needed (skip if fermentation is good).
6. Pour into greased idli moulds and steam for 15 minutes.

Serve hot with chutney or sambar and enjoy a nourishing start to your day.

Refreshing, simple and actually beneficial.

This pudina (mint) juice shared by Dr. Manisha is perfect for summer-helps in digestion, cooling the body and reducing bloating.

Sometimes the simplest ingredients work the best!

Pudina Juice Recipe :-

Ingredients (1-2 glasses):

1 cup fresh mint leaves (pudina)

Juice of ½ lemon

1-2 glasses water

Method:

1. Wash mint leaves thoroughly.

2. Add mint to a blender with a little water and blend into a smooth paste.

3. Strain (optional) or keep it as is for more fiber.

4. Add lemon juice.

5. Pour water as per desired consistency and mix well.

6. Add ice cubes if needed and serve fresh.
