ART THERAPY - A WORKSHOP BEYOND CHOREOGRAPHY. 🖤

Meet Jeyyy! bringing years of dance, music and lived experience into a session designed to make you feel the art differently.

What if music wasn’t just something you listened to…
but something you felt, understood, and lived?

This isn’t a workshop where you learn a choreography and walk out.

It’s about how you look at music.
How you find your zone.
How you connect with rhythm, emotions, lyrics and movement.
And most importantly — how art can become an escape from the noise of everyday life.

You don’t have to be a dancer to be here.
If you love music, if you’re curious about how dancers experience it, or if you simply need an hour to disconnect and reconnect with yourself — this is for you.

You could spend thousands on a night out.
Spend a fraction of that on an experience that might change the way you listen to music forever. 🎧

Come for the music.
Stay for the energy.
Leave with a different perspective on art.
