Awareness to understand what triggered that moment is crucial. If it's a happy moment, keep repeating the trigger.
But if it is not a happy moment, understand what/who the trigger is and work on it. Sometimes you could be the trigger too. That's okay. We are all human!

It has been an year since I got immersed myself in personal development space. I vaguely remember when I started watching Tony's videos. But since that day, I always wanted to attend his event "Unleash the Power within". Never did I think that it will happen so soon, I finally achieved it.
I just finished up four 12-hour days with Tony Robbins for the first ever virtual live Unleash the Power Within event with 22,000 participants. I did few stuffs which I never thought I would ever do it. It was an AMAZING emotional and transformational experience. I'm not even sure how to put it into words. If you ever have the chance to attend DO NOT hesitate. Your life will never be the same again.
Here begins my new chapter in life!
When I'm able to serve fraction of what he has done to humanity, my higher purpose is fulfilled!!
