I'm sure all you would have seen a spin bike in your gym. A spin bike has a fly wheel in front which kind of pulls you along so you have consistent motion. This creates a great cardio vascular workout. SPIRIT FITNESS has gone a step further. They have taken the great points of a spin bike and developed a new product , the EGLIDE. Now here your standing and working out in an elliptical motion. Standing is better than sitting. The workout is flawlessly smooth hence the name EGLIDE, because after 2 or 3 minutes on the machine you feel your gliding. This machine is probably the best cardio exercise on the planet and is great for weight loss. Its been developed by Brian Murray who is one of the greatest fitness equipment designers today. Brian has developed equipment for many leading fitness brands today. Heres a video for this great new product.
