Nungambakkam Nitros

Nungambakkam Nitros is a highly motivating active running group at Nungambakkam, Chennai.

We regularly meet thrice or four times a week to indulge in running, core strengthening, boot camping and many other activities. Nungambakkam Nitros was formed as the first chapter of the Chennai Runners. They are a motely group of runners, drawn from various walks of life, who run down Nungambakkam High Road. There is a system whereby new runners are guided by the experienced ones. The schedule includes a perfect blend of tempo runs, interval runs, and long-distance runs.
