Let's do an upside-down coordination experiment. Shall we?
Let's explore to experience what happens to our body and mind when the vision changes upside down? How do one move, react, coordinate, or respond to any activity?
We began with a simple throw-catch experiment!
Observations:
It was challenging, by all means, to have changed our perspective.
โข Everything looked different ๐
โข ๐ Couldnโt perceive the ball properly
๐๐ผ Following the commands became difficult
โ๐ป๐ Hand-Eye coordination was tougher than normal
๐ฆต๐ผMoving pattern - From an entirely different perspective, we were found moving in the wrong direction.
๐๐ป๐พ Reflex - Increased reaction time and the possibilities of catching the ball became challenging.

Space Element - Adaptability and Creativity Training.
Space Element major focus is to work on reflex, quick foot work, hearing response, directional turns and fun games.
Sowmya, Sushant, Madhu, Sriram and Aishwarya did this routine 3 cycles.
Session Duration : 1 hour
Started off with basic whole body Dynamic Warm - Up
And did Specific Warm Up for Quadriceps, Hamstring and Ankle.
1. Foot Fire with colour cone.
2. Colour cone Pick Up.
Ball Taps Directional Movement with Reflex Catch.โ๐ผ ๐พ
Fire Element๐ฅ- Speed and Agility.

How to train this ?
๐พ Start with ball taps
๐๐ฝโโ๏ธAs per directional command, start your directional movement continuing with ball taps by using your hearing reflex.๐๐ฝ
๐ฅWhen a go command is given, he has to stop the ball taps, footwork movement and catch the ball which is thrown from the other side by using his reflex.
This movement helps to improve Sachinโs Speed, footwork movement, reflex, hand-eye coordination.๐ฆถ๐ฝโ๐ผ๐
Earth Element ๐ - Strength and Stability
Here is working on her strength training through Natural Movements.
In this Natural movement training she is working on her full body, engaging major Muscles to build her basic foundational strength.
Todayโs Training was held at Natural Environment๐ณ.
Space Element - Adaptability Training
When training takes place in a Nature Friendly environment, each surface is unique in its own way.
Training in a barefoot ๐ฆถ will improve our foot senses and gives you better understanding about the surface.
In this Space Element Training our major focus is to give experience to the clients about Balancing, Walking๐ถand Crawling in a different surfaces, which helps them to adapt and understand the surface better and can move confidently.
Tripod Get - Up
This basic movement involves Earth ๐ and Air ๐จ Element in this Natural Movement Training.
Earth Element : Strength and Stability
Air Element : Balance
This movement primarily helps in our daily activities :-
Eg : Sitting on the ground and getting up.
This Tripod Get-Up enables you to lift a load up or put it down securely as you use one arm for holding the object and the other for ground support.

Started off our second season after June month break.
Heading towards our next 5 Months Training from July to November.
This is our 6:00 AM Batch ( Group Training ), starting the first session with Basic Natural Movement
In todayโs Training we started with
Phase 1 : Walking
Phase 2 : Speed Walking
Phase 3 : Jogging
Phase 4 : All together
Walking๐ถ - Since after a month break, instead of training them with heavy movements we started off with basic walking to regain the movement.
And coordinating & engaging them to understand why walking is essential, how to walk, Breathing pattern, Foot posture, Arm movement.
Fast Walking ๐ถโโ๏ธ - To level up their intensity slowly moved from walking to Speed Walking.
Slow Jogging ๐ - After Fast Walking moved on to slow jogging for more intensity.
Finally combined : Walking, Speed Walking , Jogging and covered a distance of 4.5 KM in 35 Minutes.
Everyone did their best and
more sessions like this will be doing on this season.

Different Types Of Log Carry Balancing Walk.
Itโs a combination Movement of Mind and Body were , we train Natural Movement by starting with basics such as balancing , mindful training( focus ) , weight lifting , carrying and walking.
Different Types Of Log Carry Balancing Walk :
1. Log Palm Carry Balancing walk.
2. Overhead Log Carry Balancing Lateral Walk.
3. Overhead Log Carry Balancing forward walk.
4.Shoulder Log Carry Balancing Lateral walk .
5. Blindfold Neck Behind Log Carry Balancing Walk.
Here trained this Natural Movement with proper training and executed very well๐๐ป๐๐ป
