Anyone can wish and dream, but for that dream to come true, YOU need to TAKE CHARGE.

wanted to lose fat, become lean, strong and healthy.

He was training on and off for few years. In fact he’s the one who introduced me to the gym during college and I was excited to coach him.

He enrolled for -personal training and we started off with a 12 week prep for fat loss.
Weeks 1-12 we focused on improving exercise ex*****on and strength.
Diet was focused on eating adequate protein, carbs and fats to support the process.

Weeks 13-28 the focus was pure fat loss.
These weeks are more psychologically demanding and would test your will power.
This is where most people give in to temptation and go off track.
Chris stayed strong and this is what happened when he did it.

•He’s become the best version of himself

•Dropped 19kgs of body fat

During our initial consultation Thiyagarajan asked whether he’d be able to achieve a visible 6 pack.

I told him if he invested the time and stayed consistent it’s definitely possible.

As his previous training experience was just a few months, we started from scratch.

We didn’t do fancy exercises from the gram.
We never preferred the 3 big compound moments .

We stuck with exercises which fit his structure and progressed on them.

During these 36 weeks he went on short trips, attended weddings, birthdays and other such events.

After 36 weeks, we’re here!
•No more rounded shoulders
•No more GERD
•20kgs body fat dropped
•Better ex*****on of exercises
•Increased strength.
•Dress sizes have dropped
