A proud moment for the FittGen community.
FittGen athlete S. Gayathri, an international para athlete and Deaflympics representative, was honoured as a Manimagal Awardee by Holy Sai International School, Chennai.
She also presented awards to young students who showed excellence in Physical Education, inspiring the next generation to move, compete, and believe in their potential.
Most kids don’t forget to drink water. They just don’t drink enough, often enough.
Spacing fluids throughout the day matters more than one big drink. A small shift that supports better energy and focus.
