கொண்டாடலாம் வாங்க கூப்பிடுகிறோம் நாங்க தமிழ்நாடு பார்வையற்றோருக்கான கைப்பந்து சங்கம் ஆண்டுதோறும் விளையாட்டு போட்டிகள் தடகளப் போட்டிகள் மற்றும் கலை சார்ந்த போட்டிகள் மற்றும் போட்டித் தேர்வுக்கு தயார் செய்யும் வகையில் வினாடி-வினா என பல்வேறு போட்டிகளையும் அறிவு சார்ந்த நிகழ்ச்சிகளையும் தொடர்ந்து நடத்தி வருகிறது. அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக 23,2 2019 மற்றும் 24,2 2019. ஆகிய தேதிகளில் தமிழ்நாடு பார்வையற்றோருக்கான கைப்பந்து சங்கத்தின் நான்காம் ஆண்டு விழா மற்றும் உலக ஊனமுற்றோர் தின விழா அறிவியல் விஞ்ஞானி டாக்டர் அப்துல் கலாம் பிறந்த நாள் விழா என முப்பெரும் விழாவாக கொண்டாட திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இப்போட்டிகள் மற்றும் விழா நடைபெறும் இடம். தமிழ்நாடு விளையாட்டு மேம்பாட்டு துறை ஆணையம் வளாகம் நேரு பார்க் சேத்துப்பட்டு. இதில் முதல் நாள் ஆன 23 2 2019 ஆம் நாள் கைப்பந்து போட்டிகள் 24 2 2019 ஆம் நாள் தடகளம் மற்றும் கலை சார்ந்த போட்டிகளும் பரிசளிப்பு விழாவும் நடைபெறும். இரண்டாம் நாளுக்கான நிகழ்ச்சி நிரல். காலை எட்டு முப்பது மணி முதல் பத்து முப்பது மணி வரை ஆடவருக்கும் மகளிருக்கும் தடகள விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகள் நடைபெறும் இதில் ஆடவருக்கு இரண்டு விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகளும் மகளிருக்கு இரண்டு விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகளும் நடைபெறும் குறித்த நேரத்தில் வரமுடியாதவர்கள் இப்போட்டியில் கலந்து கொள்ள முடியாது.
இந்த விதியானது அந்த நாள் முழுவதும் நடைபெறும் அனைத்து போட்டிக்கும் பொருந்தும். பத்து முப்பது மணி முதல் 11 30 மணி வரை பேச்சுப் போட்டிகள் நடைபெறும். பேச்சுப் போட்டிக்கான தலைப்பு 1 ஒரு விவசாயின் கதறல், இரண்டு இளைஞர்கள் மனதில் கலாம், மூன்று வென்றெடுத்த விளையாட்டு வீரர்கள். ஆகிய தலைப்புகளில் பேச்சு போட்டியானது நடைபெறும். 11 30 மணி முதல் 12 30 மணி வரை கவிதை போட்டிகள் நடைபெறும். கவிதைப் போட்டிக்கான தலைப்பு ஒன்று தலை நிமிருமா தமிழகம், இரண்டு கனவுகளில் தோரணை, 3 எட்டாக்கனி. ஆகிய தலைப்புகளில் கவிதை போட்டியானது நடைபெறும்.
12 30 மணி முதல் 1 30 மணி வரை பாட்டு போட்டிகள் நடைபெறும். இதில் நேரம் மட்டும் இறுதிநேர மாறுதலுக்கு உட்பட்டது. இப்போட்டிகளில் பங்கு கொள்ள விரும்பும் போட்டியாளர்கள் கீழ் உள்ள தொலைபேசி எண்களில் தொடர்பு கொண்டு 21 2 2019க்குள் உங்களுடைய பெயரை முன் பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம் நீங்கள் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டுமானால் தொடர்பு கொள்ள வேண்டிய தொலைபேசி எண் எஸ் மணிகண்டன். 8508585226. அல்லது கே பழனிச்சாமி. 9840203539. ஆகிய எண்களில் தொடர்புகொண்டு உங்கள் பெயரை முன் பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.
2 30 மணி முதல் 3 30 மணி வரை நம் பார்வையற்ற சகோதர சகோதரிகள் பங்குபெறும் பட்டிமன்றம் நடைபெறும். பட்டி மன்றத்திற்கான தலைப்பு பின்னர் அறிவிக்கப்படும். 3 45 முதல் 4 30 வரை நம் பார்வையற்ற சகோதர சகோதரிகள் உடைய பிற திறமைகள் குறித்து ஆன நிகழ்ச்சி 4 30 நடைபெறும். நான்கு முப்பது மணிக்கு மேல் இறுதி நிகழ்வான பரிசளிப்பு விழா நடைபெறும். இவ்விழாவில் அனைத்து பார்வையற்ற சகோதர சகோதரிகள் திரளாக கலந்துகொண்டு இவ்விழாவினை போட்டிகளையும் சிறப்பித்து தருமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். அனைவரும் வருக உங்கள் ஆதரவையும் அன்பையும் தருக இப்படிக்கு தமிழ்நாடு பார்வையற்றோருக்கான கைப்பந்து சங்கம் நன்றி நன்றி நன்றி
