I have been blessed with a great mother, an outstanding grand-mother and an amazing mother-in law 🙏
My life would not be complete without my horse-mother Sheela, my god-mother Heidi and all the amazing women in my life 🙏✨️

Somewhere between two rocks in Montenegro… somewhere between stretching, balancing, laughing, reflecting on life — and probably getting a little too philosophical on my birthday 😄

But honestly, the last years made me think deeply:
What truly gives life meaning?
Why are we so advanced with technology — but often so disconnected emotionally?
Why do so many people feel lost, overwhelmed, or misaligned despite success?

Through horses, leadership, nature, relationships, painful experiences, growth, and many deep reflections, a new framework slowly started emerging:

✨️ The Life Box ✨️

A simple but powerful way to visually understand:
- what shapes our life,
- what blocks us,
- what truly matters,
- and how we consciously create a better future.

Stones. Sticks. Seeds. Threads.
Inner Core. Limiting Beliefs. Growth.

And today I feel especially grateful.

Grateful for the people who stayed close to me through difficult moments, believed in me, supported me, and reminded me who I truly am 🙏🙏🙏

But also grateful for the painful experiences, disappointments, misunderstandings, and the people who hurt me — because they pushed me to look deeper into myself, strengthen my self-belief, and understand life on a completely different level.

Maybe life is not about hiding the cracks and wounds. Maybe we are here to understand them, transform them, and turn them into golden opportunities for growth, alignment, and deeper meaning... 🦄

Today, here in Montenegro with my mom and grandma, I feel very aware that life is not only about achievement.
It is also about connection, nature, laughter, healing, perspective, and the people we share the journey with.

And maybe the real meaning of life is not to become perfect — but to become more true to ourselves, step by step.

AI will change the world in the next 5 years, but
Horses have shaped humans for over 5,000 years...

The world is becoming more intelligent.
But are we becoming more human? 🤔

A horse doesn’t listen to your words.
It responds to your presence… and your actions.

And maybe that’s the point. What we can learn from horses is more relevant than ever.

For our wedding anniversary this year, we decided to do something a little different 😀

14 km barefoot under the full moon along the sacred Girivalam path around Arunachala Hill. 🌕✨
And we were certainly not the only ones…
Thousands of people were walking through the night.

Along the way we saw many temples and small shrines — each different, each with its own presence — but all giving energy.

Many people were praying for health, prosperity, children, and blessings in their lives. For us it was about exploring new paths. We love to explore — places, ideas, and life itself.

And yes… somewhere along the way I also checked in with my fortune teller who happens to be a guinea pig 🐹😄

Most of all it was about gratitude — for everything that has unfolded in our lives so far. Walking this path together hasn’t always been easy. But somehow we manage to bring out the best in each other. Credits to

A beautiful reminder that life — and love — is a journey you keep walking together. ✨

From a dream whispered years ago… to the Asian Games long list of Dressage. ✨

Tasha & Miraya have been riding with me for 5 years.
Five years of early mornings, quiet doubts, falls, relentless repetition, and choosing the hard road when the easy one was right there.

They dared to chase goals others said were not possible.
And in doing so, they didn’t just get closer to the destination — they became stronger, braver, more grounded versions of themselves. This is what happens when you stay on the path long enough.

When determination outlasts doubt.
When belief is trained daily — like a muscle, like a horse, like a dream.

This girl…
didn’t just dream of flowers and summer days.

She dreamed of horses, freedom, and a life full of adventures. Even back then, she followed what made her heart beat faster — galloping through the forest, feeling alive, feeling free.

While others said she should be more “realistic,”
focus on something safer, something normal,
she kept choosing the horses.

Not because it was easy,
but because it felt right.

She didn’t know how the path would look,
or how hard it would be, or that it would one day lead her all the way to India.

She just knew she had to listen to that quiet voice inside — and that voice brought her to where she is now.

She grew up.

Life got louder, busier, heavier.
But the dream never left...

Because when you follow your passion,
you don’t lose your way —
you find yourself. ✨️

Competing with the best riders in the country! Every single rider in our CEC competition team has brought home a National Medal - thats a massive Achievement! 🏅

But it’s not the trophies that defines them, it's the grit they show when no one’s watching. That’s what makes them champions in my opinion.

Regardless if you win, place 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or maybe nowhere in the rankings every rider goes through their own growth journey! There are ups and downs. And what defines us as a team is that we never give up! We follow our passion 🦄
