Here are some photographs from Aatmika's sensitization program for parents of class 12 students of a prominent Chennai-based school.

Aatmika's intensive workshop on relationship rescue (module 2) received some awesome feedback. The workshop provided information on making marriage work, what happens when it doesn't, the legalities involved and so on. A lawyer addressed the group on all the legal aspects related to the same. Here are some photographs from the event.

Aatmika's field visit to Vishranthi, an assisted-care facility for senior citizens in Neelangarai, was received with tremendous appreciation and gratitude. The Aatmika team came away feeling touched and honored to have had an opportunity to meet and interact with so many enthusiastic and energetic septuagenarians and octogenarians, who helped us transform the way we perceive the elderly. Here are some pictures and a video from the event. We took them through some fun games and activities related to anger management, and also introduced them to 'mudras' from traditional Yoga to help them heal themselves and maintain good health.

The last study circle for the financial year 2015-16 was a big hit. The topic was interesting, the response overwhelming. This is perhaps the first study circle in which we had more non-members than members! Here are some photos of the event...
