The M6 isn't the frame. It's the factory behind it. 🏭
Many cycling brands design frames but outsource manufacturing to contract factories. WINSPACE doesn't. Every M6 frame is built in-house — engineers control the carbon layup schedules, mould development, curing parameters, quality inspection, and every production revision, start to finish.
Yes, the M6 uses Toray M60 carbon. But that's only part of the story.
The real engineering is in the blend: a 900g (Size M, unpainted) frame built on a multi-modulus Toray layup combining T700, T800, M40J, and M60 fibres — because ultra-high modulus fibres are exceptionally stiff, but inherently less tolerant to impact. That's why engineers rarely build an entire frame from one fibre type. Instead, stiffness and durability are tuned section by section.
The result: 32mm tyre clearance, fully integrated cabling, the HyperBar integrated cockpit, 100% X-ray inspection on every fork and handlebar, and a frame validated through ISO fatigue testing and 2-ton load tests.
Carbon performance isn't determined by the logo on the downtube. It's determined by what happens long before the bike reaches the road.
