What would you start with?
Weights OR Cardio?

This is for anyone who is starting out on their fat loss journey, doing cardio before weights will definitely result in some kind of weight or fat loss.

Here’s the logic:
If you do cardio first, you will use up a good amount of energy in your muscles, as a result, you will not be able to lift easily, since the energy is used up.
You will not be able to lift as heavy, do as many repetitions with the same weight with good form, and, lastly the intensity of the workout may not be as you intended it to be.

On the other hand, if you are focusing on lifting weights and not improving your cardiovascular system, then, lift weights first.

You will be able to activate and stimulate your muscles to the point where they are broken down and repaired. As a result, it increases muscle mass, strength and metabolism.
