- Transformation Coach | Integration Therapist

Premal Badiani, a Master Certified Life Coach, specializing in Mindset and Transformation. Helping people normalize self-love as they go through transitions in life to develop the necessary mindset to create powerful transformation that comes from the gift of challenge. My proven techniques not only focus on getting the mind to become your biggest ally but helps individuals gain clarity, uncover their powers and shift behavior in a way that aligns with what they truly want. Premal Badiani Coaching focuses on helping people connect to the power within to overcome any limitation and helps them grow, develop, and ultimately rewrite their reality. Being an artist at heart, along with being an award-winning entrepreneur, an owner of two successful brands, costume designer for film and television, a philanthropist, a speaker, a writer, a traveler and hands-on mom; my journey comes an inspiration to many. The question that I get asked the most is -"how do you do it all, what's the magic?". Honestly, the magic lies in my belief that “your opportunities are only as limited as your mindset". During those deep conversations with individuals, I clearly saw the common limitation my audiences faced - their own internal mindset blocks, self-doubt and lack of direction. My journey has definitely not been without its own challenges and learnings. The passion for coaching comes from my affinity for community and knowing what it's like to feel stuck, directionless, and overwhelmed. This led me to become a ICF Master Certified Life Coach (M.C.L.C) with the Certified Life Coach Institute so that I can keep serving the community and follow my own calling as a life coach. I help individuals breakthrough mindset barriers to help them to go from stuck to unstoppable. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Book as session with me to learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.

Sometimes, the things we call our strengths are also the things quietly keeping us stuck.

Being independent.
Always being prepared.
Knowing how to handle everything.
Being the person everyone can count on.

But when did being capable become feeling like you have to handle everything?

The Protector often doesn’t look like fear.
It can look like competence. Control. Responsibility. Strength.

And that’s what makes it so easy to miss.

Take a moment to ask yourself:
Where in my life am I protecting myself when I could be allowing myself to receive, rest, or simply be?

Awareness is often the first step toward choosing a different way.

Being the strong one can become so familiar that you forget to ask whether you still need to be.

Maybe you’ve spent years being the one who handles things, stays composed, anticipates what others need, and keeps moving even when you’re tired.

And because it works, it gets rewarded.

People trust you.
People depend on you.
You become known as the capable one.

But strength can quietly become a role you feel you cannot step out of.

So ask yourself:

What happens when I don’t hold it together?
Can I ask for help without feeling weak?
Can I rest without feeling guilty?
Can I let someone else take care of me?

Sometimes, real strength isn’t being able to carry everything.

It’s knowing you don’t have to.

If you’re at a point in your life where you want to understand yourself more deeply, create more clarity, or explore what may be keeping you from living differently, a discovery call can be a space to begin that conversation.

Sometimes, you don’t need another answer. You need the space to find your own.

Sometimes, what looks like strength is actually protection.

The need to stay in control.
To anticipate.
To take care of everything before anyone asks.
To be the person everyone can rely on.

These patterns may have once helped you feel safe. But when they become part of who you believe you are, letting go can start to feel almost impossible.

The question isn’t, “How do I stop being strong?”

It’s: “Who am I when I no longer have to protect myself through control?”

And sometimes, finding the answer begins with simply becoming curious about what’s underneath the pattern.

If you’ve been sitting with questions like these and want a little more clarity around what’s really going on, you can book a discovery call.

Sometimes, the qualities that made you successful were built for a version of you that needed to survive.

Being responsible. Staying in control. Anticipating what could go wrong. Being the one everyone could depend on.

Over time, these behaviours can become an identity.

And because that identity once protected you, it can be difficult to question even when you no longer need it.

You may find yourself struggling to switch off, finding it hard to receive support, or feeling uneasy when you’re not in control.

This doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

It may simply mean an old way of protecting yourself has followed you into a life that no longer requires the same protection.

What if growth isn’t about holding more, but learning that you can finally hold less?

This is where we begin exploring The Protector’s Paradox.

Being busy can make us feel productive, needed, even successful. But constant movement doesn’t always mean we’re moving towards what truly matters.

Sometimes, the most important thing we can do is pause and ask ourselves:

Is this keeping me busy, or is it helping me feel fulfilled?

Not every season of life asks you to do more.

Some seasons ask you to let go.
To slow down.
To stop treating every moment like it’s running out.

If you’ve been living in the constant rush of what’s next, I hope these few words offer you a different perspective.

This is a glimpse from Dear You.

Some words aren’t meant to teach.

They’re meant to meet you where you are.

This is Dear You, a 5-minute reflection I wrote for anyone who feels caught between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming.

If you’ve been carrying the weight of always needing to do more, be more, or figure everything out, I hope these words offer you a moment to pause.

Recognition is meaningful, but the real reward has always been the lives transformed along the way.
