😌 Mindset - Of My Bodybuilding Prep phase .
✅ For Coaching- Coach Mohan’s Training Page 💯
✅ Bodybuilding, in my view, goes far beyond fitness. It demands something extraordinary from you.
😌When you choose to pursue bodybuilding at a professional level, your mental, physical, financial, and emotional strength must all be aligned. But among all of them, mindset is the driving force😄
🎯From the beginning, my coach taught me one principle that has shaped the way I approach every competition:
😌“When you enter a competition, be prepared to accept both victory and defeat. Whatever the result, accept it, learn from it, identify what needs to improve, work on it, and come back better.”
😊He also taught me that no result should ever become a reason to argue, disrespect others, or behave in a way that leaves a black mark on your name or reputation as an athlete.
🫡That lesson changed the way I prepare for the stage.
Whenever I prepare for a competition, my mindset is never:
“I have to beat him.”
“I have to defeat that athlete.”
😊There will always be senior athletes and experienced coaches who have dedicated years to this sport.
🚨My goal is different.
I want to step onto that stage in a condition that makes those respected athletes and coaches look at me and say:
“Mohan, you have built an incredible physique.”
📝For me, earning that recognition means more than simply thinking about defeating someone.
And this is also my manifestation formula.
😄I don’t want my preparation to be driven by negativity or comparison. I want it to be driven by the standard I set for myself.
‼️My goal is simple:
Earn respect through the quality of my physique, my preparation, and the way I conduct myself as an athlete.
😌If I can step onto that stage and earn genuine appreciation and respect from experienced coaches and senior athletes, then championships, gold medals, and titles can become the by-products of that standard.
The medal is not the mindset.
And above everything else,
the mindset must always remain positive. 💎
