. We are hoping that everyone is keeping safe and fit. There are plenty of online resources that have been shared by many experts from different parts of the world.
In continuation we have our own MSF mentor and a former Indian Cricket Team Represent Sunil Viswanathan taking time out to explain the importance of Jump Rope. Jump Rope is a very simple but highly effective equipment that can be used to increase your fitness while working on your footwork. Enjoy!
