An example of a sustainable diet would be this. As this week's treat meal, enjoy your low-calorie, high-protein loaded fries! 🍟
Recipe 👇
-150g of raw sliced white potato.
- Season the sliced potato with paprika and oregano.
- Tawa fry the potatoes until golden brown.
- Add 100g of cooked chicken breast / low-fat paneer (season with anything of your choice, preferably paprika or peri-peri)
- Add jalapeños.
- Add 30g of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
- OPTIONAL light Mayo sauce & coriander.
- Devour it!
