Spot reduction is not possible when it comes to fatloss, but when you plan your diet and workouts according to your body type, we see fatloss exactly at places we would like to see. That's exactly 4 weeks' result as you can see where he has lost the most!

We started at 96 kgs and on 47th day he's 81.85. That's almost 14kgs. He is stronger than when we started, with a loss of 14kgs of body fat ,and 30% increse in lean muscle. Now that's what I call a healthy transformation. We have two more months to go and imagine how he is going to look.. Stay tuned!

I'm absolutely sure that every individual should put their body through some rigorous training sessions that will tear them down in the days following the workout. This will enable them to bring out the best version of themselves and to figure out what they are really capable of!

This transformation is long overdue. I worked together for a few months with vishnu. He had to take breaks due to his personal issues. He is the perfect example for a person with compromised genetics who had to hustle his way to reach this transformation. A real harworker!

Yes my dieting ways are unconventional, I don't play by the books instead I go by looks. How my client looks every four weeks will decide what I'm going to do next. This is another follow-up conversation I had with my client today morning!
