Working out is already uncomfortable enough.
You shouldn’t also have to worry about
pulling your top down every few minutes…
adjusting leggings between sets…
or wondering if people are noticing how uncomfortable you feel.
And I think that’s something a lot of plus-size women quietly relate to.
Because when activewear doesn’t fit right,
you don’t feel free.
You feel conscious.
Distracted.
Restricted in your own body.
For the longest time, I thought maybe I just needed to get smaller first.
But honestly?
The issue was never movement.
It was the clothes that made movement feel uncomfortable.
And once I stopped forcing myself into activewear that wasn’t made for my body…
showing up for workouts became so much easier mentally.
Not because I suddenly became more disciplined.
But because I finally felt comfortable enough to focus on myself instead of constantly adjusting what I was wearing.
Oversized breathable T-shirts helped me feel more at ease personally.
And for bottoms + sports bras, BlissClub worked better for me comfort-wise.
Not sponsored.
Just sharing something that genuinely made the process feel less intimidating.
Because comfort matters more than people admit.
And when you feel comfortable…
you show up more confidently.

Evenings are usually where my snack cravings show up. Not because I’m always hungry… mostly because I want something quick.
So this became one of those small habits that made life easier.
I keep a few protein basics ready in advance - roasted soya chunks, boiled channa, sprouts. Nothing complicated.
Just prepped, stored, and ready.
When I’m hungry, I toss them into a bowl, add onion, cucumber, lemon, spices… and in a few minutes, I have something filling without standing in the kitchen wondering what to eat.
And I’ve realised something - eating better became easier when I stopped depending on motivation and started depending on preparation.
Simple habit. Easier evenings.
Save this for your evening cravings.

I used to think reheating food was the easiest part.
Just put it in the microwave and move on.
But after meal prepping for a while, I realised something…
Too much heat changes everything.
Rice turns dry.
Vegetables lose their crunch.
Protein becomes tough.
Now I do things a little differently.
A splash of water for grains.
Gentle heat for proteins.
A quick toss for veggies.
Nothing complicated. Just small changes that make leftovers taste a lot more like real meals again.
Because sometimes it’s not about reheating faster.
It’s about reheating better.
Save this for later.

I started making hung curd at home because I wanted a thicker, creamier version of curd.
But somewhere along the way, it became one of those things I always like having in my fridge.
A quick dip with vegetables.
A sandwich spread.
A paneer marinade.
A last-minute raita.
One simple prep somehow turns into so many meals through the week.
And that’s probably my favourite kind of meal prep now… not making more food, just making one thing that works in many ways.
Save this for later.

Meal prep doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the kitchen or preparing the same meal for 7 days straight.
Sometimes it’s just making life easier before the busy days begin.
Cook a few basics.
Prep proteins.
Store carbs and vegetables smartly.
Keep ingredients separate so you can mix and match meals throughout the week.
Because good meal prep isn’t about filling your fridge.
It’s about creating options.
Small habits like cooling food properly, avoiding overcooking, and storing ingredients the right way can help save time, reduce waste, and make healthy eating feel a lot more realistic.
The goal was never perfection.
Just making healthy choices easier… one small prep at a time.
Save this for your next grocery day.
