Day 1: Kathmandu to Birtamodh
* Depart early in the morning from your location via Sindhuli BP Highway.
* Have lunch on the way.
* Explore the Terai road.
* Stay at Birtamodh.
* Have dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: Birtamodh to Taplejung
* Have an early morning breakfast at the hotel and head towards Taplejung.
* Enjoy the journey with sightseeing opportunities.
* Explore the ways of Taplejung.
* Have lunch on the way.
* Stay at Taplejung.
* Have dinner at the hotel.
Day 3: Taplejung to Thulophedi - Pathivara
* Take a jeep to Thulofedi early in the morning (self-cost for jeep, which is 400 for going and 400
for coming back).
* Trek about 5km from Thulofedi towards Pathivara.
* After visiting Pathivara, return back to the hotel.
* Have dinner at the hotel.
* Stay at the hotel.
Day 4: Taplejung to Kanyam
* Have an early morning breakfast at the hotel.
* Have lunch on the way.
* Explore Kanyam and the llam District.
* Have dinner at the hotel.
* Stay at Kanyam
Day 5: Kanyam to Kathmandu
* Have breakfast at the hotel.
* Head back to Kathmandu.
* Have lunch on the way.
* Reached Kathmandu
