Glimpses of a Workshop on "A Journey to the subconscious mind through Yog Nidra, Sound Therapy & Meditation" at Emaar Palm Gardens, Gurugram on 17th August, 2024.

The workshop was attended by the participants from Korea, Uzbekistan and India. Participants practice Yog Nidra with music under the guidance of Dr. Gopal Ji. While sharing their experiences, they expressed that it was a beautiful journey of peace & happiness and they were feeling relaxed.
